Hike Hopped Seltzer is a Richmond-based, non-alcoholic drink made for people who crave bold, flavorful experiences without alcohol.
For this project, we celebrated Richmond’s local culture and individuality through custom can wraps and playful “alt-pours” - mocktails designed to bring the city’s spirit to life.
Strategy
To make Hike Hopped Seltzer feel truly one-of-a-kind, my team and I focused on creating experiences and designs that reflected Richmond’s culture, community, and alternative personality. Our goal was to make the product feel more personable, memorable, and connected to the city.
Insight
Based on market observations and local consumer trends, we identified that Richmond consumers engage the most with brands that feel unique, locally inspired, and use playful, personalized branding.
With this insight in mind, we developed two key executions to bring Richmond’s personality to Hike: custom can wraps for local events and custom alt-pours inspired by the city.
